Because the protector's output interface is a non-contact solid state AC electronic switch, so check the switch on and off characteristics can not use the multimeter's resistance file or pass-break measurement.
If the protector is used in the automatic control circuit and the protector is to be restarted after the action, the control circuit must be cut off to reset the output interface of the protector. Otherwise, the protector will be refused to start.
When the coil voltage of the AC contactor equipped with the interface of the protector is greater than 380V or the coil current is greater than 2A, an intermediate relay must be used as the conversion interface; otherwise, the protector will be damaged and the risk of accidents will occur.
The protector is not allowed to open the enclosure during use, and it is even more difficult to touch the live parts and terminals inside, otherwise there will be danger of electric shock; the terminal and the wire should be connected firmly; the length of the exposed part of the wire should be guaranteed not to cause phase Short-circuit the adjacent terminals, otherwise the protector may not work properly.
When the protector interface is used to connect or disconnect the load, its capacity cannot be greater than 4.4 times. Otherwise, the protector may be damaged and the risk of accident may occur. The protector cannot be used to control the DC contactor.
